Cardmaker magazine is a great magazine for those who like to scrapbook and/or make cards. The cards are always clever and very original. The directions are very specific and clear. Everything that you need in order to make the card is listed in the instructions. I particularly like the various card themes each month, aside from the holidays. The magazine also offers a plethora of information about new products and how to use the products.

I love Cardmaker magazine! It is very informative about the different projects featured in the magazine. I love the fact that the magazine gives you tips, tricks, and ideas for up and coming seasonal and holiday projects. Since receiving this magazine I have started making all my cards for my friends and family and they all love them. You can cater the designs and decor to fit you needs and let the receiver know that you put a lot of thought into it. I also enjoy the advertisements on the new tools and papers soon to be in stores. I like that there are finally some magazines coming out dedicated just to card making. The card making boom is growing and there are many clubs being formed just to make cards. CardMaker magazine is pretty good. I think as it "matures" it will continue to get better. Some of the projects are too over the edge, but there are plenty of beginning and intermediate level projects.

Cardmaker Magazine is the perfect magazine for someone who would like to quickly find an adorable card idea and either use it, adapt it or take it as a start off point. Pictures are large and easy to see all the details. Instructions are easy to understand and type is spaced well, you don’t feel like squinting to read everything. Cardmaker is a user friendly, cheery magazine that has great articles and even better ideas and pictures. I always have a subscription going. I find folks are anxious to get the older versions as well because the ideas seem to never get old.

I first purchased CardMaker magazine in my local craft shop and loved it right away. I've now launched into a new hobby that enables me to make personalized cards for the people I care about. I think this is much better than mass produced cards that cost too much and just don't have that personal touch. I think that the cards I've learned to make from CardMaker magazine will be treasured by my friends and family members that I send them to.
